Please note this meeting will be held at the City of Kingston Library , 55 Franklin Street
The City of Kingston Rent Guidelines Board will hold a public hearing to gather input that will inform
• The guideline rates of rent adjustments, if any, for leases subject to the ETPA
The Public hearing will be held on Saturday June 17th 2023, at Saturday, June 17th, 2023, at 1 pm at the Kingston Public Library.
At this hearing, the Board will hear testimony from the public concerning how the Board should determine the guideline rates of rent adjustments, if any, for leases subject to the ETPA, which commence between October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024, for apartments within the Board’s jurisdiction.

The deliberations and vote will be to set rent adjustments for apartments in its jurisdiction for lease renewals occurring between Oct 1, 2023 and September 30th, 2024.
